Camera, Lighting, Color, Edit (band performance only)
This was the second time I worked with Goodbye July to create a music video for them. The first was their single "Not a Pretty Love Song".
This was a challenging shoot for a couple reasons. We had planned to shoot on two consecutive days. One with the band for their performance and the next with the rest of the narrative cast, but we were stymied by our choreographer breaking both of her feet (how does that even happen!?) at a wedding about a month before we were scheduled to shoot. So we called an audible and were able to book the location for two dates much further apart.
We shot the band's performance first and then had to wait about 6 weeks for our choreographer's broken feet to heal.
