Creating 14+ hours of content is daunting enough, but having to create that content over the course of a year adds a pretty thick layer of complexity. Luckily we had a space that we could leave setup, mostly. We, of course, needed all our cameras, lights, and grip gear for other shoots while we were in-between classes while the next set of content was being written.
To solve this challenge we created detailed diagrams of lighting setups so we could get things setup the same from class to class. We also took exact measurements of camera heights and angles, tripod and slider placement, and lens combinations so we could setup quickly and accurately from month to month as we filmed each class.
